As stated in our wedding quote, the service requires the presence of 2 staff members for 12 working hours (counted from the arrival of the first staff member at the bride’s home).
Any hour beyond the 12 hours included in the basic package will be charged at €100.00.
We will, however, ensure to inform you should the 12 hours included in the package be exceeded.
For weddings with fewer than 60 guests, it is possible to request the presence of just one staff member.
We deliver two videos: a full-day video (lasting between 10 and 25 minutes) and a short trailer (lasting between 2 and 4 minutes), featuring an
emotional summary of all the most important moments.
The videos are delivered on a personalised Legvideo wooden USB 3.0 stick and digitally via a link on the
Legvideo cloud.
Editing and colour correction are included for each video delivered.
Computer graphics or image retouching (removing people or objects, removing skin imperfections, etc.) are not included.
The music tracks you have chosen for the various stages of the day will be used in the full-length video and the trailer.
It is therefore likely that uploading this video to social media would infringe the copyright of the tracks.
If you wish to post the trailer on social media, you must purchase the rights to use a track at a cost of €80.00
Delivery is always made in person no later than 120 days after the date of the ceremony.
The full footage shot during the day is not included in the delivery (though this is available on request).
The cost of delivering the footage is stated in the brochure.
The link to our cloud storage included in the service will remain valid for at least 60 days.
The use of the drone, which is included in the price, is entirely at the discretion of the operator, depending on the time available for filming,
weather conditions, etc.
Such use is limited solely to the post-ceremony photo shoot and on location.
The drone will not be used in the city, when the bride and groom leave the church, or in other situations deemed ‘critical’.
The use of the drone is subject to the weather conditions on the day of the ceremony, the type of area to be flown over (we will
ensure in advance that the planned flight zones are unrestricted or subject to restrictions) and the EASA/ENAC regulations in
force at the time of filming.
It is possible to have a dedicated drone operator available at any time of the day. The cost for the services of a
§dedicated drone operator for up to 6 hours is € 300.00.
On-site trailer editing: the presence of a third technician allows the footage to be edited almost in real time. By the
end of the dinner, a trailer of around 3 minutes will be ready for screening. A screen and projector are not included in the price (as
venues usually provide their own), but these can be hired if required.
Delivery of all footage from the day: the standard price does not include the delivery of all the footage recorded during
your day. You can request a quote detailing the cost of this service.
